BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

GNC is one of the most recognizable names when it comes to supplements. Not only do they know vitamins well but they know how difficult it can be to open countless bottles of them just to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. In order to save some room in your kitchen, GNC has created vitapaks, convenient single-use packages of 4-6 capsules that give you all the vitamins and nutrients you need without the numerous bottles.

One such vitapak is their propriety GNC Energy Vitapak, a multivitamin that also contains energy and metabolic enhancers like gingko biloba. The Vitapakc contains three specific supplements: a mulivitamin, an energy enhancer and a gingko biloba capsule.

GNC Energy Vitapak comes in both a men's and a women's formula, both of which are intended to deliver you the nutrients that you need to stay healthy, alert and focused. GNC Energy Vitapaks can be purchased online or at a GNC store.

So I used to be a salesman for a supplement company and used a lot of different fat burners, None come close to the Dr Max Powers Anabolic Stack.

I love how much energy I get from these capsules and in all honesty they work for too long if anything, I'm often really energetic an hour after workout when I take these. I don't feel like I crash when I take this supplement but to tell you the truth I really don't use my fat burner to stay awake.

I would rate this as follows:
Energy 9/10
Fat burning 10/10
focus 9/10
how it is on my stomach 9/10 (It does not make me sick like some other products out there.

I've been taking the Energy Vitapak for about a week. So far, I have more energy. It may not MAKE me lose weight, but I do have more energy to actually get to the gym and my work-outs have been more productive. I'm not as hungry throughout the day and I think about food less because I'm busy with other stuff -- stuff that piled up because I didn't have energy to deal with it before I started taking these vitamins.

I have not noticed any bad effects to my hair. It's only a week, but I'm also noticing that I'm sleeping better because I'm more active during the day.

So far, so good! I expect the energy to even out a bit, but with going to the gym, I'm finding a nice balance. I think these are really helping me to get on track with health and diet!

I've been taking these for a few days and love them! I have more energy, I don't feel as hungry as usual and the energy lasts all day! I take half of the supplements at breakfast and the rest at lunch which helps make them last all day. I usually get tired in the afternoon after lunch but since taking these, I'm full of energy all afternoon. I've tried lots of other supplements and they always make me feel sick, but I don't feel anything with these. Just an energy boost and a suppressed appetite, which is exactly what I was looking for. I think I will definitely continue to take these!

I bought the vitamins but have not yet started the program. I just recently found out i have elevated liver enzymes and advised not to drink and take medication that are metabolized by the liver. Is vita-pak safe for me to take?

I used the vita paks for 3weeks when I noticed a change in my hair.. it became thin and brittle. My ends had to be trimmed every week that I saw my hairdresser. I felt good and full of energy after the 1st week....but it wasn't worth me losing my hair. I lost about 4 inches of my hair. Once I stopped..my hair started to get back to its healthy state.

I started the energy vitapaks about 3 days ago because after lunch I would get really tired at work. Then after running errands I had no energy once I got home to do my homework for college. The sales guy at GNC was very helpful but did try to sell me the more expensive vitapak over this one. I decided to try this one though.

The first day I felt pretty jittery but I always react strange to new meds or pills. The next day instead of taking all the vitamins at once I took 2 at breakfast & took only 1 of the multi's at lunch. That didn't make me feel sick or flighty at all.

Today I decided to take the extra multi with my afternoon snack so I'll see how that does. Hopefully it will give me some energy for the night so I can knock my History exam out. :) I'd say give this product a try before you buy more expensive products. It's definitely better for you & cheaper than Red Bull.
