The basic structure of I Love This Diet is for you to eat breakfast each morning and then a frozen meal for lunch and dinner.   • Dinner: Romaine Wedge Salad; Progresso Chicken Corn Chowder (total of 311 calories)

Exercise will help you achieve results faster, but there is no exercise required with this program. I Love This Diet shows that you can lose weight without exercise provided you count calories and stick with the program.

This is a easy diet that guides you through daily ups and downs. very easy to stay on track and within calorie limitations. Convenient and versatile. I have had great success with this diet and will stay a member. This diet takes the work out of loosing weight. enjoy the new healthy!!!

This diet does work! I started on Jan 23....and it is now March 25....I have lost 13 pounds. Have not been hungry, am able to maintain 1200 calories or a bit over with no problem. I eat diary, fruits and vegetables daily to keep healthy, Also watch the sodium content of the meals very carefully.
