Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?
Jillian Michaels' Triple Process Body Detox & Cleanse plus Probiotic Replenishment is a weight loss supplement that promises to help you reduce belly bloat, get rid of harmful toxins and improves your digestion without the use of harsh laxatives or chemicals.
Developed by the fitness guru, Michaels recommends using this seven-day detox and cleanse product as a pre-dieting regimen in order to prepare your body for real weight loss.
The supplement also comes with a seven-day supply of probiotics which help to replace your intestinal tract with any good bacteria that may have been eliminated during the cleanse.
- May temporarily improve digestion
- Jillian Michaels is a respected name in weight loss
- May experience minimal, temporary weight loss
- Weight loss is not actual fat loss
- May cause tummy troubles
- Research is scant that shows the proven effectiveness of detox and cleanses
- May result in extreme water and electrolyte loss
- Goes against much of Jillian Michaels' diet guidance and philosophy on how to lose weight
The product contains Irish moss powder, ginger, dandelion root, buckthorn powder, garlic, butternut, uva ursi, yarrow, Chinese rhubarb, wild blueberry, grape, raspberry, cranberry, plump, tart cherry, wild bilberry, strawberry, lactobacillus sporogenes, fenugreek, fennel seed, and galactomannan.
Two capsules are taken in the morning and two capsules are taken in the evening, both with a full glass of water.
There are no accompanying diet or exercise guidelines to follow while using this product.
However, if you are looking for a more balanced, well-rounded approach to diet and fitness, try the Jillian Michaels plan online.
Jillian Michaels' Detox & Cleanse is a seven-day detox regimen that promises to help you get rid of belly bloat while flushing out harmful toxins.
Since cleanses and detox diets seem to go against much of what this famous Biggest Loser trainer advocates, her newest line of meal replacement supplements may leave her fan base confused about what constitutes a healthy lifestyle program.
Nevertheless, if you are a fan of Jillian's and trust her expertise, do still make sure to run her detox and cleanse product by your doctor first before purchasing it.

+These people that are feeding back after taking detox crack me up. People are complaining about not seeing results after 3 days. Come on people nothing works in just 3 days, that why none of your other diets ever worked, because you gave up after the 3rd day.

-After 14 days with the 2 pills per day then one, I haven't noticed a difference other than feeling gassy (painfully, I might add), more BMs, and definitely more urination, but through all that I lost one lb, even with curbing bad foods and eating 1200-1500 or less calories per day rather than1800-2000 I averaged at before. That's why I tried this product- I can eat 1200 calories a day and work out 6 times a week, and there is no difference in my weight other than bulking up and gaining muscle.

-I wanted to give this a fair shot, so I waited to comment until day 6. I have to say I am so disappointed. I am tired of buying products that do not work the way they say they will work. I admit, I have been urinating a bit more (but maybe b/c I've been chugging water while on this) and I may have had an extra couple of bm's that I otherwise would not have had, but this is a dud. I have lost zero weight, water or otherwise. I feel no side effects from the stuff which is good. But nothing working either. This is going to be sent back for a refund. I refuse to throw $20 down the drain!

I think it is a detox/cleanse to JUMP start a DIET plan.... so if you are wanting instant weight loss you need to change your eating habits. I am on day 3 and already more energy and no more "bloating" feeling. I also have changed my eating habits back to more healthy choices. It is like anything else, it take time and effort. Weight loss does not happen over night or with a "pill". Good luck to everyone.

im on day 3 and i feel lighter havent had stomach problems or headaches but i do pee a lot. i mean a looooot... maybe its all that water you must drink before each pill. anyways i havent checked my current weight till the end of this process. I still go 4 times a day for #2 lol and hopefully the scale shows me good low numbers on the last day of this process.... :-)

The product is working for me - in fact, too good. I've gone to the bathroom about four times since I took the first dose this morning. Guess I had a lot to flush out of my system!!! Actually concerned about work tomorrow if this continues!!!

Just to give you a little more understanding of how a detox works. The liver which is a major organ doing between 400-500 jobs a day and 700-800 jobs in total counting the off shutes...is a major organ that will dump a lot of garbage into the bowel causing in some people CONSTIPATION.. dumps garbage into the kidney and the gases into the lungs,,(hence a good idea to be outside for approx 20 mins a day to expell these gases). Not everyone will feel the headache,, low energy , muscle aches,, and constipation and or diarhea. NO TWO bodies are the same. As for weight gain through this,, probably not eating enough or too many meals through out the day. As in detox phase one should put approx 1100 cal in per day with no WORKouts,, just walking. Like i said before half your body weight in ounces for water. And remember only fruits, vegetables and protein. Grains can be a weight gainer,, so avoid these as well,,,, grains are acidic and you can only be over weight in an acid body. Bring these back in slowly when you are closer to your goal weight,,, REAL grains,, like basmati or brown rice... ezekiel or spelt bread,,, brown rice pasta or spelt pasta. just a few examples. hope this helps you all,,,,, p.s. mag oxide is used for many things,,, and yes its great for constipation,, but the liver does dump a ton of stuff into the bowel that will slow up the intestines. and it adds oxygen into the bowels as well...which is needed.

I used this product for one day and I only took one pill b/c I was skeptical at first and I felt really constipated and gassy. Not at all what I wanted so I stop taking them. From some of the other responses it seems that I wasn't alone in feeling like that. I however, find it odd that on the box it says no use of harsh laxatives but if you look at the ingredients magnesium oxide is used as a laxative .

I am starting the detox & cleanse today. I will post what takes place. Not looking for a miracle just a good jump start to a healthier me.

I used it for three days, and had to stop because it was working too well. Like previous posts said- gas, frequent urination and bowel movements. Never diarrhea, but still went a lot. Eventually my stomach started cramping up a bit, but not horribly. It definitely helped suppress appetite. I didn't notice a change in energy, though.

-I actually have gained weight on it. I feel no stomach discomfort and like others actually am not going as much as I did. I've been on it probably 5 days and have ate exactly what I was, which was not much and gained weight.

-I am on day 3 and haven't noticed anything! No bad side effects or pains, but also no results! If anything I feel more constipated. Its not at all what I expected. Not looking for a miracle here, just a product that works. I will give it a couple more days but so far very unhappy with this product.

-Well lets just say I never dealt with the pain of a kidney stone till I took this product. Other than that I did clean out other ares pretty well.
