Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?
Jillian Michaels' Triple Process Body Detox & Cleanse plus Probiotic Replenishment is a weight loss supplement that promises to help you reduce belly bloat, get rid of harmful toxins and improves your digestion without the use of harsh laxatives or chemicals.
Developed by the fitness guru, Michaels recommends using this seven-day detox and cleanse product as a pre-dieting regimen in order to prepare your body for real weight loss.
The supplement also comes with a seven-day supply of probiotics which help to replace your intestinal tract with any good bacteria that may have been eliminated during the cleanse.
- May temporarily improve digestion
- Jillian Michaels is a respected name in weight loss
- May experience minimal, temporary weight loss
- Weight loss is not actual fat loss
- May cause tummy troubles
- Research is scant that shows the proven effectiveness of detox and cleanses
- May result in extreme water and electrolyte loss
- Goes against much of Jillian Michaels' diet guidance and philosophy on how to lose weight
The product contains Irish moss powder, ginger, dandelion root, buckthorn powder, garlic, butternut, uva ursi, yarrow, Chinese rhubarb, wild blueberry, grape, raspberry, cranberry, plump, tart cherry, wild bilberry, strawberry, lactobacillus sporogenes, fenugreek, fennel seed, and galactomannan.
Two capsules are taken in the morning and two capsules are taken in the evening, both with a full glass of water.
There are no accompanying diet or exercise guidelines to follow while using this product.
However, if you are looking for a more balanced, well-rounded approach to diet and fitness, try the Jillian Michaels plan online.
Jillian Michaels' Detox & Cleanse is a seven-day detox regimen that promises to help you get rid of belly bloat while flushing out harmful toxins.
Since cleanses and detox diets seem to go against much of what this famous Biggest Loser trainer advocates, her newest line of meal replacement supplements may leave her fan base confused about what constitutes a healthy lifestyle program.
Nevertheless, if you are a fan of Jillian's and trust her expertise, do still make sure to run her detox and cleanse product by your doctor first before purchasing it.

why do people keep replying being rude? the whole point of this is to "cleanse" nobody is expecting to lose any weight. and it doesnt even tell you to eat differently in order for this to work so it has nothing to do with the people but with the product.

-well i'm on the 3rd day of this "cleanse" i'm not sure what it's cleaning. I use to go to the bathroom at least 2-3 times a day no problem, this product hasn't helped because that number went down to once maybe twice a day which for me isn't normal. It does make me gassy, it's not painful or anything its just unconfortable. I was hoping to get cleansed so maybe the cravings i have would go away a little, i was not expecting to lose any weight at all, but i wasn't expecting to gain any either. This is deff a waste of money, her as a trainer and somebo0dy who has been overweight in the past, and since she's always on tv she should know better than to promote things that don't work.

+This cleanse and detox didn't help me lose but it help me purge the things in my system that made me crave sugar and starches. Which helped me stick to my diet plan. It didn't cause cramping or digestive issues. I am about to do the cleanse and detox again to put me back on track after the holidays.

I just bought this at Target with my mother for 20 bucks, and looking at the comments... alot of you assume this is a miracle pill that will instantly allow you to lose weight.
posted Dec 19th, 2009 12:14 amMy question is... do you people even work out or eat healthy? I'm currently on a military regiment that includes 3 healthy meals loaded with good carbs of only oatmeal and mutigrain bread, vegetables, and proteins along with a workout regiment of 40 minutes of cardio and circuit strength training. If you don't have a plan, but expect something in return then forget about it. A diet works in all aspects. I'm hoping this cleanse will bounce me out of the plateau I'm currently at.

I read the directions and pulled a pack out and started the 4 pills a day. After 2 days of cramping pains, I realized that I had been taking the probiotic instead of cleansing pills!!! None of the 3 packages are labeled and just so happens that the package I pulled out first was the wrong starters! This is a class-action lawsuit waiting to happen! I nearly went to the ER, but thought that the cramping was part of the "cleansing."

-I followed these instructions to the exact point...it is a waste of time and a scam! Definately could have used my $30 in a different way. Very unhappy.

Hello people,,,,,, a detox is just that!!!! The garbage that you are putting in while doing one,, makes more work for the liver instead of less....hence no RESULTS
posted Nov 29th, 2009 11:34 pmSTOP looking for a miracle pill,, THERE IS NO SUCH THING
You are what u eat,,, so what r u eating while trying to do a detox... PEOPLE need to understand what is healthy and what is not,, what u r made to think is healthy because of commercials and ads and there are a ton of misconceptions out there. I know,, I do this for a living. So take responsiblity for what U are putting in your mouth.

This is not a weight loss product, it is a cleanse. For those of you who are complaining that you did not lose weight you should have read what this product is intended for. It is to cleanse the system of waste and to reduce bloat. For weight loss you should diet and exercise.

-I finished taking my last dose and i disliked this product. I was looking to CLEANSE if I lost weight then great, if not it wasn't a big deal. Ive noticed several post where people state they feel constipated. I had 2 bowel movements in a week and I had to take laxatives to have those. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Im looking for another product that will actually cleanse.

Hi- Everyone. Just purchased Jillians product to start my weigh-tloss; due to alcohol consumption-celebrating being laid off from teaching the "children of the corn". I hope this product works?
