Lite for Life is a website founded by Maureen Sullivan to aid in weight loss. The Lite for Life program is a weight loss program designed to get lasting results that last for a lifetime.

Maureen Sullivan battled with her weight and wanted to find a program that would finally work for her. She teamed up with Dr. Seale Harris, a pioneer in diabetes research who discovered the concept of hyperinsulinism. Together, they created Lite for Life based on Dr. Harris’ findings that the key to weight loss was learning to eat in a way that stabilized blood sugar.

Using Lite for Life, you get unlimited access to personal consulting that can aid you in your weight loss journey. The site suggests that you can lose 15-20 pounds in the first eight weeks of being on the program.

There are four main phases to the program:

  • Reducing
  • Transition and Stabilization
  • Maintenance

While on the Lite for Life program, you will eat fresh foods instead of pre-packaged meals. Overall, it is a low-carb program that emphasizes whole and fresh foods as well as supplements to support weight loss and the prevention of diabetes.

Both of us need to lose weight so I am concerned what the cost would be for 2 seniors joining the program? The weight lose program I am asking is Lite for life.

I have been on this program for two weeks and have lost three pounds. I eat my own food, use my own supplements, and follow the program's guidelines. There are program foods available, and I've tried several. They are all natural and taste great. My coach is nutrition professional who has formal education and certifications from a very reputable school. I love working with her. I am learning a great deal about nutrition, how my body works, and am re-learning proper portion size and how to balance what I eat throughout the day. I have more energy, too. I am looking forward to watching my weight drop more every week.
