When you sign up on MyBodyTutor.com, you will receive a personal tutor whom you will report to everyday. You will log in daily and report your diet, exercise and overall feelings. You can also ask any questions you like. The diet plan is very flexible. Overall, you will be encouraged to cut down on processed sugars and simple carbohydrates. You are advised to eat complex carbohydrates and protein with every meal, and also to eat once every three hours.

this teaches a way to live that is satisfying and not depriving while focusing on whole foods and making good choices that are, again, satisfying. Its about dealing with issues and habits. For me, I ate too much, and it took a while to break the habits and be forthright with my habits, not guilty. Then I was able to start losing and losing continually and enjoying good food, and indulgences, with control. I love it! I could do this forever without thinking about it. No weighing, no portion sizes. Quite a few interesting homework assignments to identify habits and buried emotional thoughts.

This is an amazing program and I don't know why, but it works. I have tried everything--boot camps, WeightWatchers, NutriSystem--and this is the only program that has given me any results. It is expensive but I consider it worth it because I am changing my habits and perceptions about food permanently. Am down 10 pounds so far and I have every reason to believe I will reach my goal weight.
