I liked it. Alex was great. The best part was the constant encouragement that I received. I never realized how important it was to have someone helping me through the tough times and ensuring me that if I stuck it out that I would feel better. And wow do I feel better. I look better too.

Misinformation about the program...at no time is there a 500 calorie per day requirement in Nuviva. It is irresponsible of you to speak to the validity of something when you don't know what you are talking about. SHAME on you!!!!!
