Replace your daily breakfast with a serving of One Week Diet System juice. Have two glasses of the juice at breakfast and regular nutritional meals for lunch and dinner. Also incorporate at least 20 minutes of exercise activity daily.
For your diet, you would supplement the juice for breakfast. Lunch and dinner meals are meals that you choose and prepare. Recommendations and recipes are given with the product for meal ideas.
Exercise should be at least 20 minutes of the activity of your choice daily.
Supplementing meals is one way to lose weight. Fortunately One Week Diet System only requires that you supplement one meal per day so you don’t have to worry about going hungry.
The overall approach of this product is that you are reducing your caloric intake by supplementing breakfast. You are also incorporating exercise. Eating more nutritious foods while reducing calories and adding in exercise is the proper recipe for losing weight safely.
Meal-replacement diets or any kind of extreme diets have not shown to be effective strategies for losing weight and keeping it off. So even if you need to slim down quickly, your best bet is to eat plenty of low-calorie foods and exercise often.

diet disaster! 12g sugar per serving. if you're sugar sensitive like me this product will make you very hungry. it worked like an appetizer for me.

I have been using Swedish Diet for 2 1/2 weeks and have lost about 11 pounds so far. The statements in Diets in Review should be corrected to say that it is taken twice a day for weight loss -- once in place of breakfast and a second time in the afternoon. The recommended eating schedule calls for small intakes of food about every 2 hours. I find that the synergistic blend of juices and herbal extracts plus the agave fiber make it easier to eat smaller portions for both meals and snacks. I also find it easier to make better food choices. They recommend continuing to use it once a day for weight maintenance after reaching goal weight. It works out to about $4 per serving retail for weight loss, so that's $2 per serving for weight maintenance.
