Do You Know the Best Diets of 2024?
Organic Liaison is Kirstie Alley's weight loss system that is the only certified organic weight loss system. No stranger to the battle of losing the bulge, only to gain it back and then try and lose it again, Kirstie is using her own experience to help individuals who are desperate to lose weight receive all the support they need to reach their weight goals and keep it off.
While *Organic Liaison launched in 2010 with a broad product line, the company was purchased in 2014 and reduced to only a single product -- Organic Liaison Rescue Me. It's billed as an "organic energy elixir" that Kirstie Alley swears by.
The brand also originated with a membership and community program, but those have been done away with, too.
- Promotion of Organic Liaison supplements has a sales feel to it
- May only appeal to those who need to lose a significant amount of weight
- Doesn't offer a clear-cut exercise plan
Organic Liaison is the first ever certified organic weight loss program. It once offered a host of diet and nutrition support to help you reach your weight loss goals, but after a purchase by Jenny Craig in 2014, only one single product remains in the brand's offerings. Organic Liaison can now only be purchased through the Jenny Craig website as a complement to that program.
It's an odd fit, considering Jenny Craig's diet is not organic, nor does it comply with the principles on which Organic Liaison was founded.
Try this recipe for Kirstie Alley's Green Soup, enough for you and to share with, what she calls, your Chubby Buddy.
There is no fitness plan.
Kirstie Alley's Organic Liaison is the first ever USDA certified organic weight loss program.
Other things to be aware of are that the program's promotion of its proprietary weight loss products may produce side effects and/or may not produce the intended effects and its lack of a fitness component leaves the onus on you to devise a regular exercise routine.

+Tell you what - I'm on Organic Liaison. Yesterday I biked 15 miles and I walked 15 miles and I still have energy. This is unbelievable. I know it has to do with the OL products and this program.

+??I lost 4 pounds already and just started; I use the OL calorie level, eat 80 to 90% organic, drink water and Rescue Me. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. I am a life long dieter, and have a bookshelf full of plans. OL is the first to use what I like and let me have a lot of freedom to choose. I have had success and failures many times. With increasing the organics I hope to feel even better. I plan to reach my goal with OL and I'm feeling confident so far.

+I??ve lost 60 pounds on OL. Rescue helped rid my cravings for diet cokes and helped me stop using all artificial sweeteners completely - no more aspartame! That change right there helped me lose weight. I feel great.

+I??ve lost 12 pounds in 3 months. I found the Release Me to be very helpful to relax myself and the Nightingale really works. I like having a Chubby Buddy and I love the Green Soup, I freeze my leftovers. I??m almost to my goal and I know I will reach it with OL.

+I love Organic Liaison. At first, I wished Rescue Me was sweeter, but as I drank it more and sodas less, I found it to be just right and everything else was too sweet. Plus, take advantage of calling their health director. I think her name was Deb and she's AWESOME!

+Since I started doing Organic Liaison in August I have felt different. I have never felt this way on a diet before. I call it a diet... but really it is just the way I need to eat. For the first time in my life, I am in control. When I first started OL I was spending over $600 a month on insulin; now I am insulin free! I still need to lose a minimum of 60 lbs more, but I really feel like this time I will do it. I know I could never have succeeded without Organic Liaison!

+I lost 30 pounds in 5 months. I had a hard time getting pregnant, now I am, thanks to losing that excess weight. I??m expecting in July. I have OL to thank.

+With OL, my life is getting easier and easier and it's getting easier to eat right. I'm not so hungry all the time. This is a huge success for me; I'm no longer on oxygen and the wheel chair stays parked in the corner. Deborah (Health Director) saved my life! She called, sent a letter when I was in the hospital. My body is doing weird things but my doctor says it's just my body adjusting to the change of eating habits and weight loss my cholesterol is perfect now and my A 1 C was 4. 6. My clothing is falling off, my waist was a 55 to 60, now I can fit in a 48 they are tight but they button. I wouldn??t be where I am now with out checking in with Organic Liaison and finding Deborah. Even my doctors say she has made me healthier; it's amazing how much impact one person willing to give of their time can do. I have a second chance on life. I'm going out with my girl friends for the first time in years.

+Organic Liaison gave me my confidence back. I'm in my 50s and my whole life I never thought I would be one of those people who could look the way they wanted. When it became a health issue for me last year, it was just time to do things differently. Boy, what a change.
posted Jan 17th, 2011 10:33 pmSometimes, it just takes a moment and this wonderful, OL team to give a person back their life. I can't thank OL enough.

+OL is amazing. Partly because it doesn't feel like you have to rely on the program, but that the program is there to help you.
posted Jan 17th, 2011 10:14 pmWhen I started with Rescue Me, it was the only thing I thought I would remember how to do. Drink a capful everyday to help with cravings. But eventually it became about knowing what to buy, what not to buy. What to cook - how to cook. When to eat and exercise.
It's just a program for a huge positive life overhaul. If you're ready to commit, then OL is the plan.

+I lost over 100 pounds!! OL changed my life! I started last March and now I'm done. I've come such a long way with OL, and I can't express how much love I have for everything it stands for. I'm 18, and now I feel like I can start being really happy with how I feel everyday.

OL is people, that's what i say. I can talkkk to people, about what's going on. I can talk to the health director if i hit a slump. and the other members are great. motivation is a huge factor for me and ol provides that.

+I love organic liaison because it TAUGHT me what to do to get healthier. I makes it easy for me to become healthier because it gives me tools to do it. I think it's the guidance that INVALUABLE. Deborah, Health Director, is the BEST cheerleader, always ready with personal advice. So SWEET! AND i can't forget about Rescue Me. It makes me crave less sugar!!! For a sugar tooth victim it was a major godsend.

-I love Kirstie and the ideas promoted in this plan. That said, one can easily replicate this program.
posted Jan 8th, 2011 7:09 pmI already know where the organic restaurants, markets, CSA farms and produce aisles are in my small city.
I belong to SPARKPEOPLE.COM for FREE (online nutrition trackers, graphs, teams, buddies, charts, menus, etc etc. FREE FREE FREE).
I can drink green tea at the end of the day with a magnesium and calcium supplement.
I can take a natural sleep-inducing supplement purchased at my locally owned health food store.
I can take hoodia or eat broth based soups, and high fiber, water-dense foods to suppress my appetite.
I can exercise.

+I must say that I don't know of any other diet plan that is as quirky and fun and effective as OL. I'm currently 2 and half months in a getting into the swing of things. I was even motivated to stick to my diet plan (which has a daily journal and menu planner online) through the holidays! that has NEVER happened. but i just set my goals and suck to them. the hardest part should be commiting to your goal, not doing the plan itself. OL isn't hard. It's getting me through. See you in 3 months when I'm nice and fit!

there is NO price for health, and that's the bottom line. every day we spend money on things that we don't need, that are bad for us. to afford OL i changed the way i looked at things, and thought of putting money into my health! WORTH IT!
