Tony Horton has created another set of workout DVDs that go along with the P90X fitness program. P90X Plus is for people who have already completed the original P90X and want to continue exercising with Tony in the same style.

Like the original, this product whips you into shape using a combination of cardiovascular exercises, toning exercises, and exercises that focus specifically on your core muscles. P90X Plus has five workouts on four DVDs. The workouts are Interval X Plus, Kenpo Cardio Plus, Upper Plus, Total Body Plus, and Abs/Core Plus. An added benefit of these workouts is that they are shorter than the previous workout routines; on average, they are around 40 minutes long.

In addition to the new workouts, P90X includes a fitness guide that helps you incorporate these new workouts into your daily routine.
