It was agood workout, especially on the abs. i was a bit disappointed due to the lack of arms workout. it is similar to jillian michaels "no more trouble zones" except this doesn't have super sets, which is less cardio. the diet plan is quite basic though.... all in all i would recommend it to someone just starting out to jillian's intensity.
