Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?

BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND

Also known as "The Sprinkle Diet," Sensa is an easy to use dietary supplement that aids in weight loss. Rather than having to take pills like most dietary supplements, Sensa Tastants are a product that you sprinkle on your food. You can use Sensa on your snacks as well. You don’t have to make any big changes to what you eat, but with Sensa you eat less.

The product is designed to work with your sense of smell and claims to make you feel full faster which leads to eating less. As you eat, smell and taste receptors send messages to your brain. These messages release hormones that tell you when it’s time to stop eating. This process is called Sensory Specific Satiety.

Sensa works with your body’s natural impulses to help you avoid hunger and intense cravings. Sensa has no calories and no sugar or sodium. The product is gluten-free as well so those with food allergies can still take it.

Even though there is a clinical study behind Sensa, the study was done by Hirsch himself and is not considered scientifically valid. But in his study of 1,436 men and women, the participants lost an average of just over 30 pounds in six months without making any changes to their diet and exercise program. That is also the claim made by the website, namely that you can lose 30 pounds in six months by following The Sprinkle Diet.

There is currently a deal for those that want to try Sensa. You can try the product for 30 days and return it if you are not satisfied for a refund. The product is marketed as a solution that helps you lose weight without dieting. Sensa was created and developed by board-certified neurologist Dr. Alan Hirsch. He is the nation’s leading authority on the science of smell and taste. Although you don’t have to change your diet with this program, those who have had dramatic results used Sensa with a diet and exercise regimen.

One of the top benefits of Sensa aside from the weight loss would be that it claims not to change the taste or texture of your food. When you start the program there are two different Tastants for salty and sweet foods. You also get a video that guides you through how to correctly use the program.

There are very few side effects with Sensa partly because the ingredients contained in the product are common ingredients you would find in other foods.

PROPRO
  • No pills to take
  • Can be used on all types of foods and snacks
  • Based on science to make you feel full with less food
  • Contains no stimulants
  • Eat regular foods and no need to count calories
  • Helps eliminate cravings
  • Easy to use at home or on the go

CONCON
  • Promotes losing weight without making any changes to diet or exercise
  • Sensa is tasteless to most people; some may be able to taste the product
  • Product has not been approved by the FDA (ingredients are on the FDA GRAS list)
  • Some complaints about customer service and refund process
  • Not appropriate for those who are lactose-intolerant because the product contains milk
INGREDIENTSINGREDIENTS

Sensa contains Maltodextrin (Derived corn in the U.S.), Tricalcium Phosphate, Silica, Natural and Artificial Flavors, FD&C Yellow 5, and Carmine. Sensa also contains Soy and Milk ingredients.

ADMINISTRATIONADMINISTRATION

Sensa asks that all people who try their product and are on medication speak to their primary care doctor before starting anything. They are not qualified to give out any medical advice, meaning they can't tell you if Sensa is right for you based on a particular disease or medication regimen. This product is not FDA approved but the ingredients are on the FDA GRAS list. GRAS means generally recognized as safe. Keep your doctor in the loop about anything you plan on doing.

Sensa is sprinkled all over the surface of your food just before eating it. The Tastants marked “Salty” are sprinkled on all foods that you would typically use salt and pepper or a savory seasoning for meat, fish, pasta, most vegetables and starches. The Tastants marked “Sweet” are sprinkled on sweet foods like fruit, pastries, desserts and cereal. The words “Salty” and “Sweet” do not mean that the actual Tastants contain salt and sugar, or that they will make your food taste salty or sweet – it’s just a way to describe the type of food to use it on.

Sensa can be purchased in savory or salty flavors, like cheddar cheese, onion, horseradish, ranch dressing, taco, and Parmesan cheese or as sweet flavors, like cocoa, spearmint, banana strawberry, raspberry, and malt.

Sensa should not be used on liquids or liquid foods like soup or stews.

DIET and EXERCISEDIET and EXERCISE

One of the biggest draws for most people with Sensa will be that you can get results from the product without changing your habits. However, if you want to get results faster it’s advised that you incorporate a sensible diet and exercise regularly. Sensa does work to reduce cravings and make you feel full on less food.

You are encouraged to use Sensa on every meal or snack you eat as well as to keep portions in moderation.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

Sensa offers a product that really sounds too good to be true. You sprinkle the Tastants on your food, eat less and lose weight. Most of the bad comments you hear about this product involve the recurring charges on your credit card and being placed into an auto-ship program. If you do decide to try Sensa, remember that your results can be enhanced if you include a sensible diet and start exercising regularly. And check with your doctor first, especially if you take any medications.

Sensa is unlikely to be your magic pill to weight loss, but if it somehow promotes you to eat less and with more mindfulness then perhaps it's worth it.

i bought sensa from ebay got the first month system and i lost 8lbs in 2 weeks with the help of exercise so just sprinkling on food and expect a magic lost is crazy. you have to work the program. exercise is KEY and NO SODAS. i got rid of all that and i tell you im on a roll.you all can do it ,go on ebay. i paid 34.00 free shipping for booklet ,dvd, 2 shakers month 1 . when im done ill get month 2 sensa, and you dont have to wrry about the fees everytime. so ill pay again when i order my month 2. so hey guys it will work for you and just exercise it least 3 or 4 times a week for 30 min,and cut out soda,if you do drink diet but only with splenda in it. drink lots of water and watch that weight drop.smiling to all of you. good luck friends

I don't think Sensa is a scam, but it is expensive. It worked during my trial month. I found eating slower helps the appetite supressant kick in a little earlier. I canceled my membership and returned the unused product. They refunded 100% of my money $98.50. If you cancel you must do it on time and return all unused product.

Did try sensa did not think it was a help.
Tried to get a RMA and return it and the guy I talked to gave me an address and RMA number.

I checked the address on maps and he gave me a bogus zip code.

Now I wonder if the RMA number is any good.

I have been on Sensa for 4 weeks and I've lost 2 pounds. It may work slowly, but it seems to be working. As for the taste and smell....I find it very appealing. I love the way the sweet tastes on fruit....especially watermelon. And, I cannot -- absolutely CANNOT taste or smell the salty!!! And, yes, I'm a real person and I don't work for Sensa.

People if they say free trial and they ask for a credit card number common sense should tell you that they are going to charge your card ..if its totally free they would not ask for your card number..take it from someone who works in fraud at a credit card company. They put free on there to get you attracted to the product..when will people ever learn.

If only it worked we would all be the desired weight. This sounds like a class action law suit in the making. I have never heard such garbage in my life! I remember in my early teens seeing this diet advertised on TV. It went away and came back. No pill, baking soda sprinkled on food works. If we are desperate for a magic pill we should put tape worms in a capsule and swallow it, probably have better results. The formula is simple, calories in calories out, weight gain, weight loss. I told my friend to save her money!

This is a scam. They advertise a "30 Day Free Trial" then slam your credit card for 90 dollars before the trial is up. When you call to cancel then you have to wait 45 minutes and they try to bribe you into keeping it by saying you can keep the stuff for 40 dollars. Now if this was so great why are they trying to bribe you into keeping it?

Been using Sensa free trial for about 25 days. The following has been my experience:
1. When I ordered they spent over 20 minutes reading a prepared script trying to sell me other items.
2. Took over 7 days to receive in mail.
3. Easy to use - just sprinkle it on my food at almost every meal. Sometimes i skip if I want to enjoy a big meal.
4. Carry it in my pocket to work, bike and it seems to take temperature changes fine.
5. I sprinkle 7-10 times evenly on all my food.
6. I can smell a faint candy smell on the "sweet" tastants and sometimes just a bit of taste as well. But in general I do not smell or taste the "salty".
7. Taste ok, not bad at all (sweet).
8. Immediately upon beginning use i felt fuller. It creates a full feeling approximately 75% of the times I use it. When I have been working outside or bicycling it doesn't seem to work - my theory is that my body is craving protein after the hard labor and it overrides the Sensa affect.
9. Has definitely reduced my nighttime snacking to almost zero. Meals portions are reduced by half. I rarely go back for second helpings anymore.
10. All in all it is working for me. However my weight loss has been negligable so far. I am hoping this will change - it should just based on statistics.
11. You do need to get a return number if you are going to send it back so be sure to KEEP the box and info it was shipped to you in, do not throw any of the sprinkle boxes away and mark on your calendar the end of the trial period so that you will return it in time.

Honestly, this product works. I have been a part of the Sensa Community for more than year and have seen thousands of success stories. It is important to understand that Sensa is not a diet; it is however a lifechanging journey. Not only will you lose the weight, the yo-yo effect will be a thing of the past. I like many other have tried "everything" to lose weight. Sensa was the answer for me. Make sure to leave the diet mentality behind and you too will have a sucessful Sensa Journey......60 pounds lighter and loving it!

I lost over 90 lbs using Sensa! I didn't change my eating habits or start a workout till I lost a considerable amount of that weight! I love Sensa and use all their products faithfully! I am never hungry and crave healthier foods than ever before in my life! I can't say enough about how this product has changed my life!

Total waste of time and money. worked marginally. And the enclosed instructions basically are a diet.
The biggest problem is the (non refundable) way overcharged shipping and handling. They also keep charging your credit card! There is no accurate disclosure that you are joining a "club" and they WILL keep right on billing you, even after stonewalling your request to refund and stop future shipments (and remember the S &H is NOT refundable!)
Finally got charges reversed by MY credit card company, never really did get a refund from THEM.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

Why do people fall for this stuff? I always like reading threads and wishing I could show people just how simple it is to lose weight over a course of 4 months.

Sensa doesn??t work; in fact it increased my appetite because it ruins the taste of food because it smells funny. Talk about being scammed...I sure fell for that one. It sounds logical but what a joke product. I feel like an idiot for even trying it. I gained weight because I could not satisfy my taste for good food.

IF I WAS GOING TO LOSE ANY WEIGHT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FROM NOT EATING, BECAUSE OF THE AWFUL TASTE IT ADDED TO FOOD. I DIDN'T GET THAT "FULL" FEELING, SO I CONTINUED TO EAT. NO WEIGHT LOSS, JUST TASTE BUD DAMAGE.....

If you want to try it without credit card charges it is on eBay, usually a little less $$$ than on tv or in the stores and you can buy tge small 20 meal travel pack or tge snack chews. I've seen a variety options from just the first month to the first six months together. The bigger the package you want to buy the more it seems you can save!!!
