The Big Book of Yoga is being called the "encyclopedia of yoga" by its author, yoga star Kathryn Budig. The book releases October 30, 2012 and will be a definitive read for any yogi. While the book is solely focused on yoga, it does a fine job of showing where nutrition and the practice intersect. A brief chapter discusses "the art of mindful eating," and discusses a variety of food-related topics as they apply to yoga.
