Diets in Review Question

Any other alternatives to Sensa for those with food allergies?

SENSA contains milk, soy, and carmine. Many people are allergic to dairy - estimates are 20-25% of the population - and alot of them don't know it. Maybe they don't drink milk or use only a little cream in their daily coffee. Now they start sprinkling this on everything at each meal of course there will be a reaction. Soy is another common allergen and either couled cause increases in gas & belching as your system doesn't digest these well. High BP comes from your body's reacting to what it views as an irritant. Carmine is a food additive used to add color. There is research that suggests large amounts can cause big problems.
If someone wants to try SENSA and has no known food allergies to any of these, buy it thru a third party like HSN.com when it is on special. HSN will stand behind what they sell, and you can get a refund if the product is returned in 30 days. That should be sufficient time to know if you are going to have a bad reaction. I can't have dairy so am hoping something else will be developed because millions of sets of SENSA have been sold and folks all over are reporting weightloss success. That dosen't mean the stuff is dangerous - only that some inidividuals should not take it, so stop if you notice any symptoms and consult your doctor. And it doesn't hurt that knowling all this, ck your BP shortly after starting just to be sure.
