Diets in Review Question

Are there exercises for the disabled in the PINK Method?

Lisa asked this question Nov 28th, 2011 8:57 pm

Do they have exercises for women paralyzed on one side and confined to a wheelchair? I am paralyzed on the left side and in a wheelchair due to three strokes.
All diet/exercise programs I've seen are targeted toward people that have full use of their bodies not just partial.

So just don't do one side of your body. All u have to do is modify your moves. They arent just going to create a video and use half their body.

While it doesn't appear that PINK Method speaks to these very unique circumstances, the general statement on their site advises that the program was developed for women in "normal health." If you have questions about how PINK Method may work for you, they advise that you consult your physician.

If I were you, I would wait a while until information on the PINK Method is available online, so you can implement the diet on your own without buying the system. Then I would find a separate exercise program designed for someone with your health conditions. They are out there, you just have to google them.
I wouldn't modify the exercises. In your case, modifications wouldn't be as simple as someone with a bad back or weak knees or something, and you could really hurt yourself.

Thanks for the answers but @ Shay I don't think you understood my issues. I'm paralyzed on one side and confined to a wheelchair so how would modifying the exercises help by using one side? Please explain more as how and what ones I could do.
