DIET and NUTRITIONDIET and NUTRITION

Clinical nutritionist Cynthia Pasquella works with you throughout the P.I.N.K. Method program on eating better. The program is said to have four different diets within one program and includes recipes created by world-renowned nutritionists. You will be able to properly fuel your body as you progress through the phases of the program.

The P.I.N.K. Method relies on a low-calorie, low-fat diet that focuses on whole foods. Pasquella prides herself on creating a plan that didn't eliminate any food groups and doesn't have any radical approaches to food. There's no guesswork, as P.I.N.K. members receive a daily blueprint, which outlines meal plans and workouts for each day, custom to you.

A day on P.I.N.K. Method might look like this:

  • Breakfast: One of 3 "P.I.N.K." smoothies made of hemp or whey protein powder, strawberries or beets, and other fruits and vegetables.

  • Lunch: Grilled chicken salad

  • Dinner: Fish or chicken with vegetables and brown rice. (Substitute quinoa for vegetarians.)

  • Dessert: Avocado chocolate pudding

The diet is adaptable making it available to just about any woman. As a vegan herself, Pasquella made sure that P.I.N.K. didn't exclude anyone because of a unique dietary need. Vegetarians and vegans, diabetics, and even those with gluten intolerances will be able to adapt the diet, or find "work arounds," that suit them.

EXERCISEEXERCISE

P.I.N.K. Method promises noticeable results after just three weeks on the program including significant muscle-toning. The fitness aspects of the program are led by fitness experts Jenna Phillips, Lisa Christie and Basheerah Ahmad.

The fitness program is focused on combining sculpting, cardio and flexibility elements.

  • Phase 1 is led by Jenna and lays the groundwork for good exercise form and building a strong base.

  • Phase 2 is led by Lisa as she works with you to increase your intensity and take your cardio workouts to the next level.

  • Phase 3 is led by Basheerah. This phase highlights strength and endurance while helping you achieve maximum calorie burn.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

Not many programs offer as much assistance to help you get to your goal weight as P.I.N.K. Method. This program covers nutrition, fitness and the very important aspect of support. With this program you can find friends to help you stay motivated and receive motivation from the nutrition and fitness leaders. Women of every fitness level and age will soon be able to work towards reaching their goals by becoming P.I.N.K. Method VIP members.

I received the P.I.N.K. method as a birthday gift almost 2 years ago. My thighs, arms, and butt are the firmest and smallest they have ever in my adult life. I lost 30lbs and kept it off for 2 years so far... doing the P.I.N.K. Method WORKOUTS ONLY.

I've been following my own meal plan but now I aim to lose another 30 lbs so I've started following their meal plan suggestions. I find if I lose weight too fast I gain it all back again. P.I.N.K. Has given me the body, positive attitude, and motivation to keep going and live well not just be skinny.

I was hesitant to try it but now I can't stop because it makes my body feel so good!

Gym-Rat gone P.I.N.K. Method,

I used the pink method to lose weight after my first child. I had been holding on to about 25 lbs for about two years after he was born. I found that I got through the first phase and had already reached my original size...I gained 45 lbs during my pregnancy and was dying to get back to a size 1 that I was before. I will say that pink worked for me. I stuck with the diet and worked out in the morning before my child woke up. I kept going through phase 2 and found that I was toning and slimming down more and more. I decided to stop because I thought I looked great and felt even better. Shortly after tho I got pregnant again! I plan on using it again once the baby comes!

Can I purchase Pink Method phase 2 DVD only? I did your pink method sat year and lost 20 lbs. I have now gained 10 lbs of that back and have restarted the program My problem is that my phase 2 DVD is scratched or something and won't work. Is it possible to just buy the phase 2 DVD without buying the whole program again? Thanks, Tammy Glenn. p.s. This is a great program!!

I lost 26 pounds and have muscles that give me a great shape! This is the first diet that gives enough "normal" options that I don't have to go to specialty stores to purchase food.

I am 66 years old and have been on the PINK Method since December 13, 2011. When I began the program, I weighed 145.8 pounds. I am 4 feet 11/12 inches tall. So far I have lost 31 1/2 pounds and my clothing size has gone from size 14 to size 6 or 8 (depending on the clothing) My body mass index is now in the normal range as is my body fat. Like some of you who have asked about the program, I have low thyroid which is now controlled with medication and so the program has worked for me. I will be honest and say that instead of using the dvds that came with the program, I use interval training on the treadmill and small hand weights every other day. I am now up to using 8 and 10 pound weights. I highly recommend the meal plans. Meal blue prints are laid out for you and you can put together a meal using your preferred foods. The meal plan combinations are based on the glycemic index, which will ensure that your blood sugar levels will remain even and not spike up. This food combining, using whole foods (no processed foods), I am convinced leads to success on the program. The surprising thing for me has been that food cravings have disappeared . In conclusion, once you are on the program, you will learn the proper way to eat and you can apply the food blue print to your food choices for the rest of your life. This will help you to maintain your weight loss throughout your life. This plan is not magic. It takes work and dedication. Remember that exercise and following the food blueprints will lead to success. It has for me and it can for you too!!!!

I have been on the Pink Method since the last week in January. To date I have dropped 41lbs. This program is the first program that I have done where i saw results quickly and also don't feel like I'm depriving myself. For the first time, I am looking at this as a life style change and not a diet and feel as if it's easy to maintain. I do not do the exercise videos as much as they recommend but switch doing those with Pilates class. I am more toned and have more energy than I can ever remember. I would recommend this program to anyone!

This program worked for me. Lost 20 lbs, got to my pre pregnancy weight (18 years ago) and toned up. The best part is I've learned to eat healthy and that's my new lifestyle. No going back!!!

I have been on this [program since Dec 28, down 37lbs and over 25 inches, as I am almost 20lbs lighter than my years at the gym/bootcamps. This works, is not easy, but taking it off never is.

I've lost 20 lbs and toned up nicely. It hasn't been easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to get healthy. It will change your life - in a good way. Don't worry about the fact that the workouts are all done by young, fit girls - I'm almost 50 and I was able to gradually work my way through.

I put "I like it" but not sure yet,,,I'm always hungry, how many carrots and bell peppers can you eat? Plus my height/weight (4'11" & 114) wasn't even listed on the reset schedule so I had to guess how long to stay on it. The shake tastes like a strawberry shake (yuk), so I'm eating the strawberries on the side. And what is with that Jenna on the DVDs?...she is supposed to be inspirational not annoying..how many times does she say "Love it" and "amazing", I couldn't take her any longer. I haven't seen the scale move even though I'm on the primary for the third day, if I'm losing anything, its just water. I'll give it another week, if nothing else, its a least a healthy eating plan,,but my stomach is grumbling.

Does anyone know what i can have on the pink program besides the morning shake. I started the pink program yesterday and have lost 3 pounds already on the reset, my question is does anyone know what else I could have other than the shakes in the morning ? I've tried drinking the stawberry one two mornings in a row but in reminds me too much like milk , it makes me gag because I don't like milk . Other than the shake the plan is great !!!

I started the program on Jan 16th and have lost 15 pounds. This is with some cheating and getting sick. It's easy to follow. I love the PINK shake for breakfast.
