The program is said to have four different diets within one program and includes recipes created by world-renowned nutritionists. You will be able to properly fuel your body as you progress through the phases of the program.
The P.I.N.K. Method relies on a low-calorie, low-fat diet that focuses on whole foods. Pasquella prides herself on creating a plan that didn't eliminate any food groups and doesn't have any radical approaches to food. There's no guesswork, as P.I.N.K. members receive a daily blueprint, which outlines meal plans and workouts for each day, custom to you.
A day on P.I.N.K. Method might look like this:
Breakfast: One of 3 "P.I.N.K." smoothies made of hemp or whey protein powder, strawberries or beets, and other fruits and vegetables.
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Dinner: Fish or chicken with vegetables and brown rice. (Substitute quinoa for vegetarians.)
Dessert: Avocado chocolate pudding
The diet is adaptable making it available to just about any woman. As a vegan herself, Pasquella made sure that P.I.N.K. didn't exclude anyone because of a unique dietary need. Vegetarians and vegans, diabetics, and even those with gluten intolerances will be able to adapt the diet, or find "work arounds," that suit them.
P.I.N.K. Method promises noticeable results after just three weeks on the program including significant muscle-toning. The fitness aspects of the program are led by fitness experts Jenna Phillips, Lisa Christie and Basheerah Ahmad.
The fitness program is focused on combining sculpting, cardio and flexibility elements.
Phase 1 is led by Jenna and lays the groundwork for good exercise form and building a strong base.
Phase 2 is led by Lisa as she works with you to increase your intensity and take your cardio workouts to the next level.
Phase 3 is led by Basheerah. This phase highlights strength and endurance while helping you achieve maximum calorie burn.
Not many programs offer as much assistance to help you get to your goal weight as P.I.N.K. Method. This program covers nutrition, fitness and the very important aspect of support. With this program you can find friends to help you stay motivated and receive motivation from the nutrition and fitness leaders. Women of every fitness level and age will soon be able to work towards reaching their goals by becoming P.I.N.K. Method VIP members.

+I'm really looking forward to my end results on the pink method! I'm going on my 5th day on the reset and I've already lost 9.4 lbs and really does curb your appetite!

+I am losing about a pound a day and I do cheat a little. I have noticed that cutting the white breads, rice, and pasta and opting for whole grains really make a difference in how I feel.

Question: I am lactose intolerant and cannot do whey protein. I notice you could do hemp protein. Has anyone tried that type of protein?

?Does the P.I.N.K. Diet accommodate people with knee pain? Would like to know, also, about the joint issues. I have painful knees. Is the exercise portion accommodating? This is regarding the P.I.N.K Method diet.

?Best time of day for PINK Method workout? Have been on pink reset for 11 days & lost 10 lbs & quickly gained 3 (discouraging...but still staying true). Getting ready to start primary. My question is: I'm suppose to have B, L, D and a smoothie drink after exercising on primary plan? Book states exercising last thing to do for day. This doesn't sound right. Have I misunderstood? I figure this is for you working women and exercising after work. What about stay @ home women?

The only vegetable I eat is corn, and I was told that corn is sugar... not a vegetable. Would I still be able to do this plan without eating vegetables?

I'm on Day 4 and have lost 5lbs. My family is not on the diet with me, but I have tailored their eating habits so that I don't have to cook different meals. I just don't eat everything that I cook. Normally, this would be way too hard for me; however, because of the combinations of food, or the fact that I get enough, I am able to obstain from snacking on the foods that are not yet available to me. The second day, I did experience some exhaustion, but by the 3rd day I felt my energy level creeping back. Sleep, water, and preparation are KEY! I have purchased meat and portioned it into the freezer in freezer bags, so that the guess work is taken out of it. I am a sweet lover, and I have managed to stay true to the plan for this long... that speaks volumns for how easy it is. For the first time in years, I have hope! I am 5'2", 160lbs, and I am 47 years old. My goal is 130lbs... including more lean muscle, and better exercise habits. I'm happy with the friend that introduced this plan to me.

+I am starting day 5 today, and am down 7 lbs. I had a terrible headache the end of the 1st day, but haven't had any since. I have plenty of energy, and have not been hungry. I have been drinking 100 oz. of water everyday, so I think that really helps.

+Three days on and 3 pounds gone. I'm not hungry and have no cravings. Best thing of all, I've had more energy in the past 3 days than I have had in years.
