I am (very) lactose intolerant as well, so I reasearched this. Usually whey protein contains lactose, but I found a brand at GNC called 'About Time'. It is both lactose and gluten free. In my reasearch, it said to look for 'pure whey protein ISOLATE', as this indicates it is super low in lactose or has none. The 'About Time' brand (I love vanilla flavor) tastes good and doesn't bother me! I use almond milk instead of dairy.

Yes! I am in my second week of the PINK Method right now. Dairy is pretty much excluded from the meal plans. Smoothie recipes call for coconut or almond milk instead of dairy milk.

YES it can work for you, I have been on the plan for 10 days now and LOVE IT! The first week can be tough on some, but if you push thru the first couple of days you will lose weight. We use coconut, almond and rice milk in the shakes and on cereals, instead of whey you can use the hemp protein and I've heard that it helps you stay full longer, has more fiber to help move the bad stuff along. I'm not even hungry in between meals anymore, my energy levels are thru the roof, haven't been like this in years and I don't miss the fast food anymore.
You have a lot of choices on the re-set and the primary (which does allow for carbs ladies and fruit - just not in the re-set phase unless it's in your shake). It's super simple to follow, easy to do and the support online has been amazing. The ladies you'll meet there are fantastic and we are all there for the same reason, to lose weight, the support is the best. Good Luck!

Since your not able to use Whey Protein since whey is dairy try using Hemp Protein with unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk. Should do the trick...good luck
