Does replacing BK's regular bun with the Ciabatta bun option makes the whopper low sodium. no condiments

According to the Burger King online Menu and Nutrition charting.. if you replace the regular whopper bun with a Ciabatta bun the sandwich would meet the low sodium criteria. I tried this and it worked out according to BK's automated charting, however I would love if you could confirm this.

The Ciabatta bun is normally served on the BK grilled chicken sandwich. So i having been requesting it with a double whopper (no pickles, no mayo, no ketchup) wtih the Ciabatta bun.

My doctor has me on a low sodium diet and this appears to be a good fast food option and would love to know if there is something I'm missing here.
