Weight lost on Royal Danish Hospital Diet?

does this someone pleas reply to it who already doen it and tell me how much you have lost?

me and my mom started this diet yesterday, we on day 2, i jist really hope it works and we loose sum kg,s can someone please tell me does it reslly WORK!!!!!
