I started eating right the day after the superbowl and then started this workout about two weeks later i have dropped about 40 pounds so far but have more to go istarted at 5'11 and 320 i am now at 282-83 depending on time of day but have been here for the last 3 weeks i see more definition in my arms and clothes fit better, i wanted to know if there was anyone else outhere with a lot of weight to lose like me having the same issue of staying around the same weight but seeing a more tone body. I usually take my rests on the weekends due to time constraints with the family and would like to get down to 230

Typically when you hit a plateau, you need to change something, usually if you lower the calories you consume in a day you will break the plateau, you could also work on the timing of your meals or the frequency of meals. Try getting 5-6 meals a day with consuming some protein within an hour after your workout, this will help you recover as well as increase the rate at which you gain muscle, and remember muscle is what burns fat. Also, avoid any high carb meals before you go to bed, if you need to eat before bed stick with something that is lean, high in protein, low fat and low carb. Luck to you!
