Do You Know the Best Diets of 2022?

Those looking for a workout that will keep your body at peak performance and hold your interest may like the Supreme 90 Day workout. This workout is similar to the P90X workout that involves muscle confusion so that your body is always working and gets you great results at a faster pace. Muscle confusion incorporates new techniques constantly so that your body is challenged. You don’t have to worry about your workouts being boring or becoming part of a routine. Supreme 90 Day is a workout that you continue for a full 90 days. The program comes at a very reasonable price and can be done in your home. You can get amazing results in just 90 days without ever having to leave your house.

This program comes with 10 DVDs that continually increase your performance as you progress. Instead of hitting a plateau as you might from doing the same workout for an extended period of time, Supreme 90 Day gives you results throughout by shocking the muscles. This type of program is ideal for those that want to shred fat and have a ripped muscle appearance. With the purchase of the DVDs you will receive a progress chart and a nutrition guide by Tosca Reno. An independent clinical study done on Supreme 90 Day showed that 88 percent of participants were able to shed body fat and sculpt their body.

  • Workouts use muscle confusion for constant results
  • No need to go to the gym for effective workouts
  • Program is very reasonably priced
  • Independent clinical study done to show effectiveness
  • Includes all the DVDs you need to complete the program
  • DVDs come with nutrition guide
  • Great for those that want to get ripped and melt fat
  • Offers challenging workouts
  • Users report great results from using the program
  • Although nutrition guide is included, working out is the dominant focus
  • Not a plan that works for those with large amounts of weight to lose

With Supreme 90 Day, your main focus is on working out. The program does include a nutrition guide from Tosca Reno so that you can watch your calorie intake as well. Reno is known for her expertise on clean eating. That style of eating includes eating five to six small meals each day, avoiding saturated fat, drinking plenty of water and always eating breakfast. Of course your portion sizes are important as well. Some of the dishes you might eat while on the Supreme 90 Day include:

  • Scrambled tofu with spinach and tomato
  • Beef and arugula salad
  • Black bean and corn salad
  • Chocolate-coated frozen bananas
  • Braised beans
  • Honey almond cookies

Exercising is the key to Supreme 90 Day. Using workouts that specialize in muscle confusion, you will receive constant results throughout your 90 days on the program. Your body can adjust to a workout if you constantly do the same activity and work the same muscle groups. If your body gets comfortable you can hit a plateau and stop seeing the results that you want. With muscle confusion workouts, you are constantly changing things so the muscles are shocked and continue working hard. The program comes with 10 different fitness DVDs that work the entire body. Each DVD focuses on a particular muscle group and is designed to give you fast results. You receive instructions what DVD to use depending on what stage you are in on the program. All of the DVDs include a full body workout that is effective and will get you results. The workouts are broken into three 30 day stages.

Working out to get results can be a hard thing to do if you don’t have the right guidance. Many people want to get into shape and some want to join that elite group of people with chiseled and defined bodies. You can turn your body around in just 90 days with the workout routine Supreme 90 Day. This workout program gives you a great workout over 90 days that incorporates muscle confusion. These will keep your body from getting used to the workout because things will constantly be changing. This will keep your muscles working giving you dramatic results in a short period of time. The trend of muscle confusion is gaining popularity because of the possible results. Supreme 90 Day is not a program that you would use if you have a lot of weight to lose. It can be a great program for those wanting to lower their body fat percentage and tone up their bodies.

Did not lose weight but develop some muscles and build stamina after finishing 90 days

I bought this a while ago for $10. Excellent price compared to other programs. The eating plan is very easy to follow and is not expensive at all. The only problem I have is not with the program but with my house. It is an older house with small rooms and is very cramped and there is no room where the DVD player is. While I can play these DVDs on my pc, I would rather be able to exercise in other parts of the house and even in my backyard or at the gym. Are there online versions of these DVD that I can download to a phone or Kindle Fire?

An effective way to tone up. I completed the S90 program two days ago and can report an improvement from 181 pounds to 175.2 pounds. BMI did not drop too much, but my body shape is much more tapered. I lost over two inches round my waist as my spare tyre disappeared. Not bad for a 46 year old! Do note that I cut my carbs drastically and made sure to eat something healthy every three hours. I continued to drink alcohol in moderation and eat all food types, in smaller portions. There is no way that I could drink that much water though!

I followed the meal plan only for 2 months and I lost 35 pounds Now I am going to follow the plan the correct way ( the meal plans along with the workouts) to get the results.

I just finished the 90th day, am in my mid 60's and have lost 50 pounds since January. I am loosely following Atkins, not their eating plan. Workouts vary in length, typically 20-40 minutes. They are flexible to any fitness level. You will enjoy seeing progress very quickly.

Hello out there. I have P90X. I have not used it for a while. It takes a lot of time, an hour a day and I still want to run and or walk the dog. I was wondering from all you how long the work outs are with the Supreme 90. And can anyone give me the pros and cons to both. Thanks

Just bought S90 from Big Lots for $4 bucks. Can't wait to get home & try this out. 10 disks for $4 bucks is definitely worth a shot! Wish me luck...

Weight plateau on Supreme 90 Day? anyone else out there in same situation? I started eating right the day after the superbowl and then started this workout about two weeks later i have dropped about 40 pounds so far but have more to go istarted at 5'11 and 320 i am now at 282-83 depending on time of day but have been here for the last 3 weeks i see more definition in my arms and clothes fit better, i wanted to know if there was anyone else outhere with a lot of weight to lose like me having the same issue of staying around the same weight but seeing a more tone body. I usually take my rests on the weekends due to time constraints with the family and would like to get down to 230

This workout is awesome! You deffinately need to follow a diet and have a routine to see true results. I never miss a day, and I already have came to lost around 20 pounds in just a month! Even though my 90 days are not yet competed, i already seen a noticable change in muscle deffinition. I highly recommend the Supreme 90 Day as an alternative to the P90X.

This workout is awesome. You really have to be devoted to your diet and have a routine to see true results. I do not miss a single day of this. In just one month, I lost round about 20 pounds and see a definition difference. I highly recommend the supreme 90 day as an alternative to the P90X.

I seriously love these workouts! Totally challenging. Started out with lightest weights possible. On 8 lbs now into Day 39. Lost over 7 lbs and I did not even know it was possible to lose weight so quickly! Now I feel I am toning and look forward to each work out every day. And I rave about this to everyone. SO much more effective than Jillian Michaels. Try it out!!!

Why am I not losing weight whild doing the Supreme 90 Day workout? I really love the workouts, and i can tell im stronger already. I want to lose about 10 pounds so i thought this would be great for that and get a bit stronger. I was all exited to go on the scale until it said i was 2 pounds heavier. Not sure if its because we use a lot of weights or what. I eat pretty good and workout 4-5 times a week. Anyone know why?

I had started S90 couple of months ago and in less than 10 days I noticed an inch of my waistline. I just started again im in day 4...I notice my appetite has increased which is a good thing, metabolism is going....

This is program is World Class.
I am able to practice my Martial Arts without feeling burned out like I was with P90X.
I am on day 45 and look/feel better.
Just as important, S90 has helped my MA techniques.
The competition keeps marketing fitness videos and expect the consumer to dig into the wallet for the next big exercise program.
S90DAY, at most a $20 investment is all you will EVER need.
