Your body can adjust to a workout if you constantly do the same activity and work the same muscle groups. If your body gets comfortable you can hit a plateau and stop seeing the results that you want. With muscle confusion workouts, you are constantly changing things so the muscles are shocked and continue working hard. The program comes with 10 different fitness DVDs that work the entire body. Each DVD focuses on a particular muscle group and is designed to give you fast results. You receive instructions what DVD to use depending on what stage you are in on the program. All of the DVDs include a full body workout that is effective and will get you results. The workouts are broken into three 30 day stages.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

Working out to get results can be a hard thing to do if you don’t have the right guidance. You can turn your body around in just 90 days with the workout routine Supreme 90 Day. This workout program gives you a great workout over 90 days that incorporates muscle confusion. These will keep your body from getting used to the workout because things will constantly be changing. This will keep your muscles working giving you dramatic results in a short period of time. The trend of muscle confusion is gaining popularity because of the possible results. Supreme 90 Day is not a program that you would use if you have a lot of weight to lose. Buy from Walgreens. Do not waste time buying online for $40 plus shipping. Walgreens sells for $19.99. Done it for a week and its intense.

I ordered, paid the extra $10.00 for shipping. Its been 15 days since I've done so and the items still have not shipped. Checked my order status on the website and all it tells me is that there is a high demand so i'm on back order. Tried to email them but they don't provide an address; found one I don't know is right and they didn't respond.

If videos are good, it will be worth the $40.00 I spent but the company selling them is obviously a joke or this is just a scam and my identity will be stolen soon.

Bob, that's why you buy stuff like this from a place like Walgreens or shops that have "As Seen On TV" items.

Jay - Have you received and started your videos? What are your thoughts? How long are the workouts?

I just ordered mine. Start to finish 16 mins on the phone. I will say they do ask for A TON of other products. The phone call could have been 5 mins to order and be finished. They offer you all kinds of products, HD version, Recovery Drink, Additional complete workout to order for a friend. Then they offer you gift cards, magazine subscriptions and free cruises. I will say I did get someone who was able to speak VERY clearly and I was able to fully understand her and she understood me with NO REPEATING. The total cost was in the low 30's. I ordered the expidited shipping the order will be here in 3-5 business days instead of 3-6 weeks. The expidited shipping was 9.99 and I think 6.00 something for processing. The system was 19.99 with no tax. I am pumped and was able to watch demo videos at this website:

They advertise that the price is $19.99 but if you read the fine print on the order page it says "Offer Details: Order the Supreme 90 Day 10 DVD System for just 2 easy
payments of $19.99 plus $6.99 S&H"

What a rip off!!!! Horrible customer service, on hold for an hour multiple times. They duplicated and charged me for 2 orders, plus after you check out, they add other fees. If you don??t buy the expedited shipping you won??t receive your package for 3-6 weeks. This is after you enter all your personal credit card and address info. They really suck you in. No wonder no one has a positive review or any type of review, no one can contact them or has had one shipped to them!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this marketing scam, go with something else or go to the gym!
