Those looking for a workout that will keep your body at peak performance and hold your interest may like the Supreme 90 Day workout. This workout is similar to the P90X workout that involves muscle confusion so that your body is always working and gets you great results at a faster pace. Muscle confusion incorporates new techniques constantly so that your body is challenged. You don’t have to worry about your workouts being boring or becoming part of a routine. Supreme 90 Day is a workout that you continue for a full 90 days. The program comes at a very reasonable price and can be done in your home. You can get amazing results in just 90 days without ever having to leave your house.
This program comes with 10 DVDs that continually increase your performance as you progress. Instead of hitting a plateau as you might from doing the same workout for an extended period of time, Supreme 90 Day gives you results throughout by shocking the muscles. This type of program is ideal for those that want to shred fat and have a ripped muscle appearance. With the purchase of the DVDs you will receive a progress chart and a nutrition guide by Tosca Reno. An independent clinical study done on Supreme 90 Day showed that 88 percent of participants were able to shed body fat and sculpt their body.
PRO
Workouts use muscle confusion for constant results
No need to go to the gym for effective workouts
Program is very reasonably priced
Independent clinical study done to show effectiveness
Includes all the DVDs you need to complete the program
DVDs come with nutrition guide
Great for those that want to get ripped and melt fat
Offers challenging workouts
Users report great results from using the program
CON
Although nutrition guide is included, working out is the dominant focus
Not a plan that works for those with large amounts of weight to lose
DIET and NUTRITION
With Supreme 90 Day, your main focus is on working out. The program does include a nutrition guide from Tosca Reno so that you can watch your calorie intake as well. Reno is known for her expertise on clean eating. That style of eating includes eating five to six small meals each day, avoiding saturated fat, drinking plenty of water and always eating breakfast. Of course your portion sizes are important as well. Some of the dishes you might eat while on the Supreme 90 Day include:
Scrambled tofu with spinach and tomato
Beef and arugula salad
Black bean and corn salad
Chocolate-coated frozen bananas
Braised beans
Honey almond cookies
EXERCISE
Exercising is the key to Supreme 90 Day. Using workouts that specialize in muscle confusion, you will receive constant results throughout your 90 days on the program. Your body can adjust to a workout if you constantly do the same activity and work the same muscle groups. If your body gets comfortable you can hit a plateau and stop seeing the results that you want. With muscle confusion workouts, you are constantly changing things so the muscles are shocked and continue working hard. The program comes with 10 different fitness DVDs that work the entire body. Each DVD focuses on a particular muscle group and is designed to give you fast results. You receive instructions what DVD to use depending on what stage you are in on the program. All of the DVDs include a full body workout that is effective and will get you results. The workouts are broken into three 30 day stages.
CONCLUSION
Working out to get results can be a hard thing to do if you don’t have the right guidance. Many people want to get into shape and some want to join that elite group of people with chiseled and defined bodies. You can turn your body around in just 90 days with the workout routine Supreme 90 Day. This workout program gives you a great workout over 90 days that incorporates muscle confusion. These will keep your body from getting used to the workout because things will constantly be changing. This will keep your muscles working giving you dramatic results in a short period of time. The trend of muscle confusion is gaining popularity because of the possible results. Supreme 90 Day is not a program that you would use if you have a lot of weight to lose. It can be a great program for those wanting to lower their body fat percentage and tone up their bodies.

I bought mine from BBB with a $5 off coupon. Paid $15 plus tax. I am on day 6 with Supreme. My husband and I are doing it together and we can feel the burn. I love it! I feel as though I have gained muscle mass, so have not seen a change in my weight. Weight start at 145lb.

I have INSANITY by beach body and it's very good but i wanted something that i can do with weights and Supreme 90 day was it. I will finish the 90 days and keep you all posted. I own a lot of work out because i like challenge but this one so far is the BEST.

My sister and I have been doing this workout video. We can't workout together, but since we both have the video we call each other when we've done our daily routine. Have to adjust some, seeing as how those demonstrating the video have to be about 20 years younger than we are. But, we are doing our best and seem to be getting better at doing some of the routines. We are about half way through the 90 days and we can feel it, so far not too noticable in the visual aspect. But expect to see that soon. Can tell in how some clothes fit, so that's promising.

I have done II rounds of P90x, and this program is better in a few ways.
1. No pull up bar needed.
2. I like the ABS routine better in this video series. The abs workout is done at the beginning. With P90X it is done at the end, and it is really easy to skip it after a hard workout.
3. This trainer teaches. Toney works out with the video and I think the training suffers because of it, and his jokes suck.
It is work the money because of the new moves that are in this workout series. You can also mix the two programs to get something better.

I bought my copy at Bed Bath & Beyond and used a coupon to get $5 off.
I am LOVING these DVD??s. I was working out at my local gym for 6 month prior but not seeing the results that I wanted. I need professional instruction and these DVD??s give me just that. You do need to invest in some descent dumbell weights and a inflatable ball for this program to work. I must say, I am on day 20 and the results are quite noticeable. My core is really developing and my body fat is melting away. I really push myself with the workouts to get the maximum benefit. I also follow many points of the diet plan but (eating 5-6 small meals throught the day) and at least two protein powder shakes a day. I am getting lean and mean and loving it. My least favorite workout is the Tabata Inferno, only because it kicks my butt every time? But, no pain, no gain as they say. EXCELLLENT product for $15. Sounds like you really want to avoid ordering it from their website or over the phone though. Don??t let that disuade you from finding this through other methods, such as Ebay, BB&B and Target.

I started DVD #1 today, I started it without the ball but I do plan on getting one today for tomorrows DVD, I bought a 55 inch ball and it is too small, I am 5'6 and weigh 155 pounds, I am 31 years old also with a heart condition, I went at my own pace today and didnt try to keep up with the people and I am exhausted, I plan on doing 30 mins of cardio with the videos also, I fired my personal trainer and bought these videos and I am very excited to see the outcome, I am choosing to follow the diet my personal trainer wrote up for me because its very affordable and easy to prepare in advance for the week, I will update on here every week after I weigh in, I wish everyone the best of luck!

I read the reviews here first. Went and purchased it at Walgreens yesterday. I tried out DVD #1 today and it kicked by butt.
I am looking forward to the rest of the program. Thanks for all the advice. I really don't like the online or by phone purchases anymore. But for a whopping total of $21.47, I couldn't beat this one and the only thing I lose is the "Bonus DVD".

I bought the product at Target for $20. I also own and have done P90X before I had abdominal surgery 1.5 years ago...but have been working out since the are of 12-13 and have always been active. You absolutely cannot beat this product. You get a variety of workouts, you don't need a chin-up bar as with P90X. All you need are dumbells (I suggest the stackable ones, as they take up less space) and a balance ball - everything else has to come from YOU! The nutritional plan is pretty good too, but again, what this or any other workout plan boils down to is determination, will power and question of how bad you really want to get into shape! If you don't plan on changing your nutrition plan and actually do the workouts - don't waste your money. But if you are, this will kick your behind into shape! ;o)

I have completed both P90X and Insanity programs, but wanted to try this one - it is similar to P90X, but there are some different moves I've not done before, plus the ball work. It's a good program to switch in and out with the other two for variety.
