When does Adipex work best?

Does it work better if you eat exactly 30 mins after taking it or dies it work the same no matter when you eat

Adipex works by suppressing the appetite. It can be taken before breakfast or 1-2 hours after breakfast, basically on an empty stomach. If taken it tablet form it can be split in half to and taken twice daily to minimize side effects.

take it in the morning and do not eat or drink for at least an hour. I have been on for 4 months under Drs care and I have lost 30lbs so far. I take it as soon as I wake up and eat a healthy breakfast at work which is usually an hour later. Good luck and stay healthy!
