Why use Adipex?

Ambrella032 asked this question Jun 13th, 2012 2:13 pm

I'm 34 yrs old, I am 5'8", currently 190 lbs - was 197lbs a week ago. I am not taking Adipex although I have scheduled an appt. twice and both times canceled because it just doesn't make sense. This pill is too addictive and some even refer to it as speed....that is beyond scary to me. However, the reason I lost 7 lbs is because I drink vegetable/fruit juice.

For all of you that take adipex, I just have one question - why are you taking it if you have to excercise and watch what you eat? Can't you just do that without this pill and get the results?
Believe me I am not trying to preach or tell anyone what to do but after many conversations with myself, I was asking myself the same questions. Why would I pay buku money for someone to literally give me addictive pills and it might or it might not work, when I can do this the healthy way. Watch Sick, Tired and Nearly Dead. You will be definitely motivated. I know it's hard to excercise, and believe me I just can't make myself go walk for 30 min, but with vegetable/fruit juice in about 2 weeks I've lost 7 lbs the healthy way.

I am taking Adipex because it makes eating healthy and exercise much easier. It did make my heart race the first time I
took it, so i halved the pills for about 2 weeks(which saved some money). The pill is perfectly healthy and extremely
effective if combined with the right nutrients. Let's face it, if you want to lose weight, you aren't going to be able to
eat whatever you want. Adipex is great because it reduces cravings, so you don't have the urge to overeat or consume
unhealthy foods. Trust me, I LOVE food, and this pill has worked wonders. As far as exercising goes, I lost about 12lbs before
I decided to join a gym. I had to find a partener for motivation, but the pill supplied me with plenty of energy.
You don't have to exercise to lose weight on the pill; however, it will increase your results. Some people do get
addicted to this pill, and it's easy to see why. It's a great feeling to not be hungry 24/7 and to have so much energy.
Do NOT start adipex if you plan to lose weight by hardly eating every day. You will see results fast, but eventually
they will stop, and you will actually end up gaining weight. Adipex isn't about taking the easy way out, it just makes it
easier to do what seems impossible. This pill has not only changed my body, it has changed my attitude in a positive way.
I've lost 24lbs in 6 weeks, and seeing numbers drop is an awesome feeling. For me, though, the number on the scale does not
matter. Being healthy is what matters. Seeing a change in your body is one thing, but feeling a change in your body and
lifestyle is the best feeling in the world. You have to realize that the pill didn't do all of that work- YOU did, the pill
just made it easier. I can honestly say that, after 6 weeks, I'm living a healthier lifestyle than I ever have, and I
ENJOY it. I want to eat right, I want to exercise, and I want to be healthy. This has been a long explination, and I know
everyone is different, but if you really want what's best for you body, I would highly suggest you take Adipex. It doesn't
do the work for you, but it helps you do the work. Goodluck!

I am 27, 5 ft 2, And in Aug I was 148 and looking real fat for my height. I started taking the Pill on the 1st and now Sept I am 127 I have lost 21 LBs. I did not do exercise with this pill and I did not watched what I ate.
Drinking this pill has caused me to not feel hungry and when I do it I get full very fast.
In the beginning I tried eating the same amount as I usually do and my stomach could not take it. If you take the pill you need to eat half of what you ate before, if you do not do that you will become sick.
I love this pill I look great and an additional bonus was the cellulitis I had on my thighs went away. I have had that since I was 15 and it is gone it is amazing, Now I can wear shorts and not feel bad about my legs. I love this Pill and I wish I would have found it earlier
