Will I need to purchase additional items for PINK Method?

Will I need to purchase items not included with my shipment?. I saw the ladies demonstrating the exercises with small dumbells. What size is recommended? Is there anything else that I must purchase that is not included in the program?

It's not mandatory but it will be hard to do some of the workouts with some small fitness equipment, since this is an at-home regimen. If cost is an issue, heavy soup cans can double as weights. You can often find them as sporting goods resale shops.
I believe the dumbells on the show were 8lbs.
They suggested buying 8 lb wts., skecher workout shoes that have the rounded bottom. (Black and Pink-of course) workout pants and excercise tops that wick the sweat away. I can't remember the brand.
I think that was the all of the products that you needed. I hope this helps.
