-I would try Stevia instead of Splenda - Stevia seems to work pretty good with milk-based recipes.

-Just tried this recipe splurged for the greek yogurt and everything. I was excited because its an estimated 3 WW points with the choc chips. This was horrible I can eat a lot of diet food, but this was definitely not a substitute for real green mint . Now it stinks cause I dont wanna waste and I have to find some way to eat it :(

Looks and sounds good, but I can't believe a reputable chef would choose to recommend Splenda with all its bad info!! Rocco - maybe you need to read Jillian's new book on the dangers of it!
