Apple Cinnamon Fruit Dip 

A tempting and healthy way to have more fun with your fruit.

Yield: Serves 8; 4 - 2 Tbsp. servings


Dips are not just for veggies anymore! Jazz up your fruit salad by serving it with this creamy complement. 

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Combine all of the above listed ingredients in a small bowl. Chill and serve.
