Baked Chicken for One

A simple and easy recipe for Chicken

Yield: 3 ounces


  • 1 (3 oz.) chicken breast, boneless & skinless
  • 2 TBS (any brand) bottled diet Italian dressing


  1. Marinate chicken in dressing overnight in covered casserole
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
  3. Bake for 35 minutes until internal temperature of chicken reaches 160 degrees 
  4. No additional seasonings are necessary
  5. Will be very tender and juicy

baked chicke for one and health baked chicken are the same except cook time is different. This recipe is the same as the one for Healthy Baked Chicken except the cook time for this one is 35 mins and cook time for the Healthy Baked Chicken recipe is 1 hour. Why is that?
