  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • ½ cup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free whipped topping (like fat-free Cool Whip)


  1. Place milk, banana, ice cubes, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and top each with 1 ½ tsp. whipped topping; serve immediately

This was lovely! A great alternative to your normal smoothie if you are watching what you eat. It fills you up hence you wont feel hungry after a short period of time.

This was much better than thought...I think the cinnamon and nutmeg helped a lot in the flavor
