Yield: Serves 4. Each serving: 1 fajita each.

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced bell pepper (red or green)
1 1/2 cup chicken tenders, cut into thick strips
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
4 cups ready-to-serve romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes chopped
4 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
4 tablespoons prepared salsa
4 whole wheat flour tortillas

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; saute the onions and peppers in the oil until golden, about 3 minutes.

Add the chicken tenders and the seasonings; continue cooking until the chicken is done, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Wrap each tortilla in plastic and microwave 10 seconds. Place chicken on each tortilla and top with the rest of the ingredients. Fold like a taco or burrito.
