Dijon Pork with Grapes

Pork and grapes team up to give you a great dinner recipe.

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tbs. yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup grapes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil


  1. Heat olive oil over medium high heat until hot
  2. Add pork chops and cook until golden
  3. Transfer to a plate
  4. Mix cream with mustard and heat until well combined
  5. Add grapes and warm
  6. Pour sauce over pork chops and serve
