Grilled Sesame Chicken

Sesame chicken that's grilled to perfection.

  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 tsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 Tbs. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs. sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix onions with ginger, garlic and 1 Tbs. sesame oil
  2. Drench chicken in oil mix, coat with sesame seeds and stir fry until thoroughly cooked
