Ham and Cheese Pie

A filling brunch recipe.

Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lean ham, cubed
  • 4 oz. 2% Cheddar cheese, shredded (or Swiss cheese)
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1 cup skim milk


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Grease 9-inch pie plate
  3. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate
  4. Stir Bisquick, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended
  5. Pour into pie plate
  6. Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
  7. Cool 5 minutes

How do you prepare the Bisquick in the Ham and Cheese Pie recipe? For the bisquick do u prepare it like in says on the box and then do this recipe or just the powder?
