I procrasinated on making it because I was scared I would not like it. Well, it is AWESOME. Can't really tell a difference, it's even better.

I doubled the mayo and mustard, added 2 boiled eggs, a chopped apple, and subbed 1/4 c. beets for the relish. Also added dill and celery salt. Kept the rest the same.

i use avocado instead of mayo and i add a small mixture of white vinegar and apple cider vinegar.

+Instead of pickle relish I added a little extra mustard and celery and raisins. it was great!

I used a spicy brown mustard instead of a dijon and got the most interesting undertaste. It is really good. Thanks for this recipe!
