Just like key lime pie - only with less fat and calories!

1 reduced fat graham pie crust
12-ounce box silken lite tofu (firm or extra firm)
1 cup nonfat sour cream
zest and juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup egg substitute

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine tofu, zest and juice of limes, sugar and egg substitute in food processor or blender and process until very smooth.

Pour into crust and bake for 30-40 minutes or until firm in center.

Chill and serve.
