+As a vegan all you have to do is sub either canned veg. broth or your own, which if you've been vegan a while, you'd know how to do. Use unflavored silk soymilk instead of dairy and olive oil to saute the onions. Works great for me...chopped parsley for flavoring and maybe some garlic...and whole wheat homemade croutons. Easy.

I usually double the hashbrowns & throw in some garlic. I've also used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth and used cream and celery instead of the soups.

+Quick, simple and you can flavor it like you want it to taste & a nice change to the WW vegi soup during cold weather & trying to lose weight on WW.
