Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Enjoy your salad with a really rich dressing.

Yield: Makes 1/3 Cup


  • 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. grainy mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper until blended
  2. Keep in a sealed container
  3. Refrigerate and shake before serving
