Marsala Chicken

Try this new recipe to give flair to ordinary chicken.

Yield: Serves 4


  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut up
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  1. Heat olive oil over medium high heat
  2. Add chicken and cook until golden brown
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Reduce heat to medium
  5. Cook thoroughly
  6. Remove
  7. Add mushrooms to same skillet and cook until golden brown
  8. Add wine to mushrooms
  9. Return chicken
  10. Heat and serve
