Yeah I agree the calorie count is way off. The Ezekiel english muffins have anywhere from 80-160 calories just for the muffin. Maybe the calories is for 1/2 a muffin.

Hi. I think that your nutritionals are off on this one. An Ezeikel muffin is 160 calories according to the package 1 egg is 74 calories, Turkey Bacon is 34 cals. The calorie count for this recipe is 268. It's still a great breakfast at a good calorie level, but sadly, not the calorie bargin listed above. WW points would be 5.5. Still not bad for a meal. I will try this anyway. I'd add a 1/2 slice 2% cheese to make it an even 6 points. Great Job Bernie, I wish you all the success in the world.
