Pineapple Angel Food Cake

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 20oz. can crushed pineapple


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine the dry cake mix and the pineapple, including juice
  3. Mix well
  4. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean

This is an awesome and easy cake to make. My family loved it. Try a dollop of low fat Cool Whip on top.

This is truly as easy as it sounds and very good. It's good even if you don't like angel food cake.
