Poppy Seed Dressing

Salad dressing with a light, refreshing flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbs. poppy seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk buttermilk, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds until smooth
  2. The dressing can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
