Rainbow Smoothie

Blend together one fruit or vegetable in every color of the rainbow for a delicious boost of nutrition.

Yield: Serves 2


  • 12 oz. plain 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 of a mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup skim milk


  1. Combine all ingredients in the blender. Add ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
