Roast Beef and Cheese

A hot and flavorful meal.

Yield: Serves 2


  • Roast beef
  • Slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup green pepper


  1. Saute onions and green peppers
  2. Arrange meat, cheese, onions and peppers on a piece of aluminum foil
  3. Broil in toaster oven until cheese has melted
  4. Serve with Horseradish Sauce
