12 ounces fresh sea bass
1 cup leek strips
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut the sea bass into 4 portions and place in a glass baking dish. Wash the leeks and cut them in fine strips.

Place the leeks, broth, olive oil and lime juice on top of the fish. Cover the pan with foil and bake until the fish is done, about 20 minutes. Serve hot with the juice and leeks spooned over the top.
