Very Berry Smoothie

A sweet treat that's packed with fresh fruit.

Per Serving: Calories: 170, Total Fat: 15 g, Carbohydrates: 39 g, Protein: 4 g

  • 1/4 cup berries (your choice!)
  • 4 ounces skim milk
  • 6 ounces calcium-fortified orange juice


  1. Blend together all three ingredients until smooth.
