Yogurt Salad Dressing

A Savory and Creamy Dressing without the Fat! Genius!

Yield: 2-3 cups


  • 2 c. plain low fat yogurt
  • 3-4 TBS soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 TBS celery seeds
  • 2 TBS dill weed
  • 1 TBS dehydrated onion flakes
  • 1 TBS dried garlic flakes


  1. Combine ingredients and blend in blender
  2. For a thicker dressing (such as for dipping vegetables) add fat free cream cheese until desired consistency is achieved
