Zucchini Apples

Fruits and veggies all in one.

Ingredients

  • 3 small zucchini, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 2 Tbs. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in glass dish & bake for 350F for 30 minutes
