10 Ways to Solidify Your Fitness Routine

The number one excuse most people give for not working out is that they're too busy. But the fact is, who's not busy? It's all about making your workouts a priority and sticking to them.

Start by figuring out when your workout best fits in your schedule and not sacrificing that time no matter what - even if you're tired, unmotivated or cramped for time. Doing so will get you in the habit of working out consistently.

So if you have to be to work at 8, make sure you go to bed at a reasonable hour you can wake around 6 for a quick sweat session before the day begins. If evenings work better for you, be sure to pack a workout bag so you can hit the gym right after work. Whatever system you find works best for you, make it a priority and stick to it.
